Business Preferred Program.
Especially designed for small to medium size businesses.
Whether you are a one man operation or a company with a
hundred employees, Business Preferred offers incredible
benefits to your company and employees.
Here is what Business Preferred can do for your company:
CREDIT LINE: Depending on the size and vehicle needs of
your company we can establish commercial credit lines of up to
One Million Dollars through Ford Motor Credit Commercial. By
establishing a line of credit you can take delivery of a
needed vehicle on a spur of the moment basis without having to
wait for the normal approval process through the banks.
ON-SITE SERVICE/CONSULTING: A commercial Account Manager
providing on-site service and pre-sale consulting. We will
come to your place of business to determine your specific
vehicle needs and structure a purchase or lease to best fit
your cash flow profile.
QUALITY FLEET CARE (QFC):Cashless credit system which means
all repairs are billed to the fleet thereby eliminating the
need for drivers to carry cash.
Pre-approved spending limits are established by the fleet
for all repairs (incl. maintenance) not covered by Ford QFC or
manufacturers warranty. If the estimated repairs cost exceeds
this limit, the fleet will be contacted for approval before
any repairs are made.
Warranty or Menu Pricing guarantees the fleet customer the
lowest pay repair rate on parts and labor, using either the
Ford warranty rate or dealership-determined menu prices,
whichever is lower.
Centralized Billing System provides the fleet administrator
at the end of the month with a consolidated centralized
billing statement that shows an itemized record for all fleet
vehicles serviced. Separate QFC invoices for each vehicle
summarizes the exact service work performed. This ready credit
helps maximize cost control and minimize paperwork and
downtime.
EMPLOYEE PURCHASE PROGRAM: A special purchase program with
substantial savings designed as a fringe benefit to your
employees at no cost to your company.
SPECIAL PROGRAMS: QFC offers five additional programs to
assist in your fleet's management needs:
National Fuel
Card Program for those customers who want the simplicity of a
single fleet program provider. The flexibility to use any
major supplier such as Texaco, Chevron, BP, 76, Mobil etc. as
this allows your drivers to take advantage of the lowest price
for fuel (could be Chevron one day and 76 the next). It also
offers a sophisticated card control and financial advantage of
no fees.
National Tire Program provides for tire
purchases at reduced national account prices. Participating
manufacturers are Firestone/Bridgestone, Goodyear, Michelin,
Uniroyal, Goodrich and General tire.
National Glass Program provides for glass replacement at
over 4,000 glass facilities. Replacement of glass may be
performed at any site including home, work or on the road.
Roadside Assistance Program extends beyond the factory
warranty coverage. Assistance is provided 24 hours a day, 7
days a week for such emergencies as: tire service, battery
service (jump start), lockout, towing, gasoline service and
accidents.
QCP Extension Program extends QCP billing privileges when
current billing privileges expire. The extension allows for an
additional year with unlimited mileage.

HASSLE FREE SHOPPING: Your employees will be dealing in the
privacy of our Business Preferred office and will not be
subjected to the normal mainstream procedures of automotive
retail sales.
FLEET PRICING: Your employees will be provided with the
best purchase prices in the industry, normally only available
to fleet customers.
REBATES: All Ford Rebates in effect at the time of the sale
will still apply in addition to net fleet pricing.
TRADES: Trades are welcome, paid off or not. Our appraisers
will pay top dollars for maintained and cared for
vehicles.
FINANCING: We have excellent rates available through Ford
Motor Credit for purchases as well as leases and can structure
these to meet specific needs.
Your employees will be provided with Business Preferred
Membership Cards which they will present on their visit to
Peach County Ford, entitling them to all these benefits.
